  1. If he has no choice he might choose you. Men pursues, especially on women they really likes, as for you did he ever shown any interest to be more than FWB?. Its been 2 years, if he has feelings it would have happened long ago, he probably really has no feelings or because he is complacent coz you are easy to get.

  2. If you don't want to be called pathetic then stop sitting here and defending your loser cheating bf and dump his loser ass. Perhaps you need to take a long hot look at the kind of men you date or spend time with if all your friends are cheating assholes. Most men are NOT like that, but your pathetic boyfriend benefits from you thinking they are

  3. Another option is to use your G1 bill, and go back to college or a trade school. You've got plenty of options, and time.

  4. I am not sure I would get hung up on the entire broken “deal” a lot of commenters are pointing out, it was a decade ago, things change and you certainly change so much in your 20's. He might well have intended to move back, when he said that as a 23 year old.

This. OP is also glossing over the fact their husband is an electrician. People like to point out the skills can be used anywhere, but moving careers is another story. Trades jobs typically involve licensing and certifications and are frequently unionized. OP's husband could have a noticeable professional setback by changing jurisdictions both in the types of jobs they can obtain and loss of seniority with their union.

  5. It may be about the meal sharing and it might not.

Maybe you can reschedule the meeting for another time of the day? You can still plan to leave early Friday afternoons, just get the work done.

  6. Cheating is a deal-breaker. He clearly won't take accountability to what he's done (hence the shutting down), and he's happy gaslighting you about the situation. What he has done is unacceptable behaviour in a committed marriage. He has betrayed you and your trust. It's not something healthy people can move on from, and certainly you don't have to move on from it. It's utterly selfish from him, and it's poisoned the marriage.

I would consult a lawyer confidentially and get the ball rolling.
