Things like this infuriates me. I would move mountains for my daughter. She’s married & they have a home together but if she called me right now and needed me I’d be there as soon as humanly possible w o question or hesitation. He is being a total ass for treating you this way. Even though you pay rent he cut power to your room which is mind boggling. Discuss it with him but more than likely you probably just have a higher sex drive than him.
