I have a mentally unstable relative who’d do this many years ago. A delusional, vengeful person. Find out the landline home phone number, call up hoping wife/girlfriend would answer & ask for man’s name she knew. Ask who she was speaking to, then say OMG! And react with feigned shock and say she didn’t know he was married etc.
No, I don’t have contact with this relative nowadays, thank goodness.
