I get your point, but “forcing” him to block her may lead to him just talking on discord and lying about it, at least now he tells me he talks to her and stuff.

You can't change a man. So now you get to decide if he's succeeding as a husband. If he's not, it's okay to leave.
You maybe need more therapy or medication. She’s out of your life and it’s been years since the affair. You’re only hurting yourself at this point. I know it’s hard. I was deeply betrayed by a friend many years ago. I will never forget it or reconcile with them, but I don’t let it haunt me either.
That being said, at the time it happened I signed them up for a bunch of email lists for things I knew they’d hate. They’re the type of person to be extremely annoyed to have to deal with unsubscribing or changing their address.
