You're really young, it's stupid to be in a locked down relationship situation at your age. The point of your 20s is to date and explore and have fun.
If you can't be satisfied in a LTR w your partner he deserves the opportunity to meet someone more aligned with his needs.
It's ludicrous to say you can't be a dad with him. Gay male couples become dads through adoption, fost/adopt, coparenting with women, usually in WW relationships, and surrogates.
Most bi ppl, like myself are on some kind of continuum. I am sexually usually more attracted to men, relationships more into women, I met a woman where the sex and relationship just clicked and we've been together nearly 2 decades now. Just bc you're bi doesn't mean you can't be with one partner.
I do think it's harder and unadvisable to do so in your 20s. It's a lot easier and more sensible to do so in your 30s.
I think you are making a mountain out of a molehill here, you should let it go.
Not everyone lives their lives on social media, not everyone wants to put their private lives online for everyone to see. So his reasons are completely valid, and to be honest, I think your arguments are a little manipulative.
To try and make out that he doesn't love you, is ashamed of you & doesn't want you to be happy all because he doesn't want to put up social media posts of you (when he doesn't use social media in the first place), is unfair & verging on manipulative.
