Your bf is insecure. You lying to him has done two things. The first is that it has proved to him that his suspicions were right. In his mind, you lied to cover up your behaviour. The second is that your lying trumps any insecurity he may have. So, without lying, it's “his” own problem. Now that you lied, it's a “you” problem.
I'm afraid you are just going to have to wait. You can explain why you lied when/if he contacts you. Do defend the lying, just explain and apologise.

I think this is very odd and you should have never accepted this in a relationship. Firstly, the fact that he lives with his family and apparently supports them but you've only met them twice in 7 years. I would advise going nc with him. Figure out what you like to do on your own and do them. Meet people through these activities. Find people with shared interests and make friends there. You may not make friends immediately or continue to be friends with all the people you meet but make an effort to try to meet at least one person here and there. Go places where other people are and practice making random conversation with people. Take up hobbies that involve other people.

This OP, what you really need to think is why this time is going to be different, what has changed? You didn't resolve any of the conflicts that supposedly lead to her ending the relationship.
You really need to have a series of serious conversations with her about this. Do not be afraid to go deeper into the matter, she shows you once she xan leave you, what is going to cha ge that this time?
