Is his phone actually at capacity? Like I’ve got 10’s of thousands of photos and many apps and My phone is at like 80gb free. Unless he spends hours per day filming in 4K his space isn’t going to be near the limits likely. If he has like 50% free it unlikely it will fluctuate up near the limit.
That being said some apps do delete photos and whatnot.
