So regardless of this whole situation which is definitely crazy, if you tell your friends and family all about this the relationship is over. For the sake of the relationship I hope you only told your extraordinarily close people, like maybe your best friend and your best sister or whoever. But if a large swath of your people know about this then just end it. There's no way this dude can ever attend a family party again if everyone knows he's not in control of this bladder at times.
