I will agree that the way I phrased it was wrong. Nobody should be telling other people that they had “inferior genes” or making decisions for someone else- that’s the whole point. It’s a very sensitive subject, but making heath decisions for your children is part of being a parent.

IQ is a pretty outdated concept. It essentially measures your ability to solve spacial and logic puzzles. I apparently have an IQ of 140-something, but I'm as dumb as a bag of rocks. I literally can't do anything. I'd love to be able to learn different languages, as you say you can do, but I couldn't master GCSE French. The fact that you are heading towards a law degree is very impressive. My wife does the payroll and finances for a small company, and just looking at her screen makes my head spin. However, I'm shit-hot at the Professor Layton series of games.
The issue isn't that your boyfriend's friends are more intelligent than you (they're not) – the issue is that they are all, including your boyfriend it would seem, obnoxious, arrogant, and insecure.
