Before I answer your question, I feel you. My wife was bullied as a child because she looked “different”. I always had a thing for Spanish women because of their darker skin when I was younger so it just worked at the start.
For me, women fall into two categories. Attracted to and not attracted to. Any woman I’m attracted to, I’m 100% attracted to them. So no I don’t feel any animosity at all. I wouldn’t even know what my “dream girl” looks like.

Hey thank you for the reply. I agree, it is a big misunderstanding and that is why I am here. Just trying to get a 3rd party perspective. I understand and appreciate wanting to maintain a close relationship with eachother. Truth be told, we both do alot for eachother, I would not go as far as everything i do is for her. I do occasionally bring flowers or something like that home or we go out to dinner together often, just us. but I feel like it is a bit overkill for her to say that the medicine for our son is for my benefit when I am capable of doing it myself. its like, yeah I am capable but so are you, we are a team, were suppose to do this together. Thats the part I get stuck on.

You're not creating any drama, his friends are. And frankly, his friends sound sketchy to me. Like, I wouldn't to be alone with any of them… especially considering your boyfriend doesn't seem to believe you or care when you tell him they're making you uncomfortable.
Personally, I would dump him. Do you really want to have to brace yourself for hours of discomfort and anxiety every time his friends come around? That is nothing something I would put up because he can't be bothered to check his friends.
