If you’re unwinding with a drink that’s fine. If you religiously need to have a drink as soon you get home due to stress just bare in mind those are early signs of a codependency with alcohol. I had a weird relationship with alcohol between 21-22 and mellowed out at 23. I’m 27 now and barely drink for beauty reasons mostly.
