I (24m) found I have an STD from my partner (22f) and she doesn’t know I know. How do I approach this topic?

Recently had a full panel of tests done as a medical test for employment and the results showed there. I’ve noticed a difference in behaviour over the past month or so and brought it up to only be told “you’re only accusing me of cheating because you are” and leads to a one sided argument when I remove myself from the conversation. How do I bring up the STD test results with her when that’s what I’m getting for any response? She currently doesn’t know that I’ve been tested and have received results but I’m not sure if she knows she has it. I have no idea what to do in this situation, I’m 17 hours from my home city and online with her and don’t know what to do
