The best thing you can do is get therapy if you aren't already and show him. Do chores. Take care of yourself. Live. Build yourself the rest of the way back up. Apologize for abandoning him. Let him know you will give him space but that you are here and ready to do whatever is needed to save your marriage. It might be best to on-line apart for a bit and slowly build back together….to show you can be a partner. Send him back the tickets with a note that he should use them with friends. That you love him and realize that he deserves happiness and fun.
This is not about the chores. The chores were the last straw. Take a good look at your relationship (your entire relationship) ….analyze yourself as a partner (this is where a therapist would come in handy).
