I still think I am able to grow as a person while being in a relationship. And I'm still looking for a potential partner while being in this relationship.
No one is saying what she did is okay, they’re saying she didn’t rape him.
If she knew that op wasn’t attracted to even fully transitioned transgender women and lied to him saying she was cis in order to be in a relationship with him/have sex with him, then yes it would count as rape by deception. Considering that op doesn’t mention whether or not the fact that her not being a cis woman matters to him in that particular way, nor says that he feels violated sexually, then my “irrelevant” point is in fact relevant and you’re just attempting to justify your extreme leap to the idea that the gf is a rapist.
Either way, I’m not interested in arguing with someone who labels everything that isn’t telling them what they want to hear as “irrelevant” for hours on end. If the op does feel like he’s been raped or sexually coerced in anyway, he has my full support and I apologise for saying otherwise about the gf.
If he doesn’t, he’s still got my full support because he has had something that should’ve been disclosed far earlier hidden from him and I know what that’s like.
