I wouldn’t date this guy. Shes going to be a problem for your relationship like she was for his last. They have feelings for eachother, and you know it. It’s not only her fault, it’s your bf’s as well. He’s not cutting her out, save yourself lots of time, and heartache and move on.

OP, you need to look at why you’re feeling so insecure about this. If you can’t trust your partner to not cheat on you, you shouldn’t be in a relationship- period. If it’s an insecurity you’d have regardless of the girlfriend and how long you’ve been dating, imo you’d be well served by going to individual therapy. If it’s specific to your relationship because she’s given you prior reasons not to trust her, why are you still in that? You’re being awfully controlling and maybe your concerns are somewhat valid, maybe it’s pure insecurity- difficult to tell- but regardless it’s not okay to tell her what she can and cannot do and who she can and cannot interact with.
It maybe callous to say but your sister is experiencing consequences for her poor behavior…you have to be extraordinarily self involved to so what she did to you and her complete lack of empathy just highlights that…but you already saw this in your mother’s response to you(cut from the same cloth)…at this point your kids are priority so no contact with this clown show bar maybe your brother is the way forward…consider your self lucky and strong with the capability for self introspection which allowed you to get out when you did…good luck
