I would prioritise your safety and that of the unborn child and not go back. Hiding this kind of thing is pretty serious regardless of if you're pregnant or not. His diagnosis is kinda not the issue, rather the deception is. If he'll lie about that, what else will he lie about?

It’s not going to work. You’re going to completely drain your finances. You also mentioned that he’s going to be renting out the house you’re in now. Why can’t that go toward the new mortgage? Why are you not questioning this at all and are so willing to go along with his terms? No man is worth completely fucking up your financial stability. If you genuinely are wanting to work yourself to death in order to comply with his ridiculous 50/50 demands, I think you are making the absolute wrong choice. It’s okay to let go of bad relationships where the other person is being selfish. It’s okay to be alone. This is not someone who is thinking of your best interests. You will be broke while he has more money to spend as well as rent money from the house you are in now. How is that going to benefit you? Benefit both of you as a couple, as a team? Please please open your eyes to how unsustainable this is and what YOU and only you will be sacrificing for his desire for this house.
