i don’t think therapy is a good fit for me not because things get naked. idk exactly what i need in a therapist. i’ve stayed with some therapists for a couple years, some for just a year, some for just a day, some for just a few days. and some therapists sucked, some therapists were okay. i guess i just don’t understand the point of therapy. some therapists think their job is just to listen to me vent. no therapists has ever challenged me naked enough. i’ve challenged myself the hardest out of all people.

You're not qualified to treat her anxiety, nor is it your job to. She needs to get in therapy and get on medication. Tell her to get into therapy and on medication or the relationship will ultimately fail. Then it's up to her whether or not y'all work out.
It can be tricky. The whole point of college is to get a really good job and employers all over the country will interview on campus and potentially two people can take jobs in completely different parts of the country. If you want to continue the relationship after college the two of you will need to coordinate what jobs you select to end up in the same city or region.
Therapy. Now. Push off the wedding until you want it. Unless the pregnancy is officially verified with no question, still wear a condom.
