You're correct. Validation of feelings is bs. The mere existence of feelings is all of the validity required. She wants you to take responsibility for her feelings. If she feels hurt, sad, or bad, she wants you to take the blame for those feelings.
Good thing Iām not your lawyer and you never said it was final order. In (most states) they expire after a certain time. What state are you in? Is it going through criminal court or family court?
These all sound like excuses, not valid reasons. However, assuming that she expressed interest but stated her blockers, is she doing anything to actually mitigate it? You could rent a cabin to have privacy. You could turn on the music. Or she could talk to a therapist.
