the reddit sleuthing is cute, but as someone who has done near exactly what OPs husband did, it was a joke. it was very clear to him that he shouldn't have said it immediately after he did, and he removed himself from the situation because he knew “I just really fucked up and hurt my wife and she probably doesn't want to be around me right now. Plus, im going to be emotional about having just hurt my vulnerable wife, and making those emotions her responsibility would be cruel.”

She needs to go to therapy about her trust issues. This is entirely a her issue if you have never given her a reason to doubt your loyalty and love. Your relationship is doomed if she doesn't do this as the constant mistrust and accusations will completely erode any feelings you may have for her. You are already emotionally detached and it's killing your desire.
At some point, all the asking about breaking up and cheating accusations, you have to wonder if she's maybe projecting. I'd go so far as to counter her accusations and ask to see her phone.
Honestly, you should probably end it. If she refuses to help herself, then this is your future with her if you stay and breed. It will never end and likely get worse. Just realise she will probably paint you are a cheater to all you know and on social media.
It you aren't sure after 5 years, that sounds like a “no”
She's not overreacting, and maybe both of you should reevaluate the way you both drink. If she believes you didn't cheat, that's half the battle, but seriously, if this is normal, you guys should rethink your normal. Your relationship isn't going to improve like this.

If he’s working that much, can he afford to support the family if she stops working her 9-5?
If I were OP I would be asking exactly this, or the flip if she thinks she would rather be the one who works.
