As a father of 4 daughters I highly advise you to stick to your career. Any guy who's not willing to meet you 1/2way in travel in a LDR isn't worth sacrificing your career over. I online near NYC and take weekends in Fla regularly. It's a $150 roundtrip plane ticket. He can certainly do that to come see you 1/2 the time.
I'm 36 and I go biking with a 15 year old and a 51 year old. The 15 year olds mum drives us up the mountain and we bike down.

I find it odd that you were okay with her bring in a relationship with someone who was married, but now you’re not okay with her dating someone in real life. Either you’re okay with her dating other people or you’re not. Once you make up your mind, tell her and let the chips fall where they may.

Have you guys had a proper sit down and talk about your situation? It sounds like you’re both working overtime right now, and on top of that have a stressful situation on top of that with small children, pets, and medical problems. Counseling might help, or even hired help to give you both a break every now and then, if you can afford it. Obviously you would know your situation better than someone who only knows your marriage from a single Reddit post, but it may be better to wait til you’re not in such a stressful situation before making the decision to go straight for divorce.
