Take some time, if you can move out, move in with friends or family. You do not want to have children with someone who has the capability to physically assault them. That would be terrible for your children.
Once could've maybe been chocked up as a mishap, especially if she realized how fucking terrible that is. Anything beyond that is proof that she won't change and will continue to escalate things to physical violence. Against you, and possibly against future children.
Beyond getting away from your abuser, I'll give you one piece of advice. Don't throw hurtful words just for the sake of hurting someone or to get a reaction. I read some of your other posts about your relationship and arguments and you are not entirely clean yourself. Throwing hurtful words at someone doesn't help solve the issue, it'll only add fire to the argument and just shows how terrible of a person you yourself can be. Take breathers if you have too during arguments, address issues constructively, don't just throw insults when you want someone to do something differently.
