I found my husband's profile completely by accident when we first started dating. I was reading comments from a troll on our local subreddit and found his post. His account is his very uncommon last name.
I told him and while he doesn't post much, I know it can be off putting. I sent him my account name as an equaliser. I post more heavily with a much older account. It talks a lot about my mental health, my SA and family drama.
He did have a read through then. Three years later, I know he checks out my account every now and then. It doesn't worry me because I communicate with him about my daily redditing anyway. Sometimes I even leave more cutesy comments about him as little surprises for him to find.
He's even created throwaway accounts to talk about NSFW or emotional topics he doesn't want linked to his main. He always let's me know and I have trust in him to respect my privacy in whatever he comments. He's my husband, why wouldn't I trust him.

You’re aware that most people either go straight from high school to college or don’t go to college ever, right? The rare case is someone who ‘life gets in the way’ and then they actually make it to school and graduate. That isn’t the norm, at all. Yes, the norm is absolutely a 21-23 year old entry level engineer. I agree most engineers when you look at all engineers ever aren’t on average 23, but if you’re talking about the age at which most engineers start their first job? It’s before 25.

It's the flipping it around like you are crazy that is a major problem IMO. Just saying “I got caught up in the moment like a jerk” would have been 100x more honest and accurate.
