You need to both realize that if he can't ever learn to trust you again then you can't have a loving relationship. If you've done everything you can to remedy what you've done and it's still not enough then maybe it's time to let go.

Not talking is stonewalling. The solution though isn’t for you to withdraw, because then you’re both stonewalling and it’s just a power struggle. That rarely solves it.
The solution instead (and you can find this in a lot of articles on stonewalling) is for both of you to make adjustments. For him when he’s frustrated, he has to let you know he needs x amount of time to sort through his thoughts, but he still cares about you and he’ll come back to solve the issue after that time lapses. And he needs to stick to that time frame. And for you, you’d need to acknowledge it’s ok he needs that time and reassure him you care and you’ll be happy to talk when the time lapses.

You have two options:
1) communicate your concerns and your discomfort, and ask her to consider how her approach affects you – give her a chance to grow in your relationship
2) call it a deal breaker, break up with her and give her space.
Anything else is waste of both of y’all’s time.

No, its just something which is very difficult to put in words. I dont think she will cheat or anything, but just knowing she is open to it has changed how I look at the relationship. Its something I am feeling very strongly about and yet I cant really describe it. Sorry for the confusing answer.

He definitely has the app on his phone. Apps will send you useless notifications to try and get you to engage. It doesn't necessarily mean anything. I don't really bother deleting and redownloading apps all the time. If I enter a relationship I just deactivate my account/kill notifications to it. If the relationship lasts long enough then sure I'll go and delete it.
He still has the app on his phone for sure. If he's lying about having it that's unfortunate. Maybe he just hasn't deleted it yet and worries you'll jump to conclusions. Or maybe he's a piece of shit who knows. Not really enough to go on I think.
