I know I've deleted people once I found a relationship, so I didn't make the person I was with jealous. Some people just act differently when they're in relationships to. She had a massive operation which may have helped her endo but can have a massive effect on energy levels and mental health. She needs a medical checkup to see if her level of hormones and thyriod are okay first. Then look at her other medication if she is on Anti D still that may not be working.
I do also know that if she has ovaries they may not be working as well, so honestly that does need checking.
Hormones have a direct impact on dopamine, some studies show that if you have low dopamine say with ADHD then you can find it very difficult to motivate yourself into doing what needs to be done.
But given that she has children to look after and isn't doing the minimum I would lean towards depression that isn't being addressed.
A hysterectomy doesn't fix everything like a switch, it can lead to other issues with mental health, so perhaps before anything get some more information about what is going on with her.
I also would not give up work, in fact I would increase it and get someone in to help, work may give her more purpose and structure and have a motivating effect. Depression is difficult to handle but many suggest that having a strong purpose and helping others can help a lot.

Yeah I typically don’t message him anymore but I think it’s mainly just because he won’t respond. I just feel like texting every once in a while when you go to different locations isn’t too much to ask. It’s also because when he’s out with me, he’s able to text his friends back but when he’s with them, he’s unable to text me.
