I’ve been in your position before as an atheist young woman interested in a very religious young man ( not JW though). To be upfront, it REALLY didn’t work out. Even after going my all for six years. If you’re so very in love with him and being JW is as important to him as it seems, how have you not at all looked into his religion? He tries to on-line his life by this and you haven’t even done a cursory check about what they practice and believe? I’m not trying to be negative, but Honey you need a reality check. JW men that are immersed in their religion/group will require you to become JW as well and follow all their practices. You should make religious decisions on your own, not because you want to keep a relationship. Please put your self first and see that you need to be happy and satisfied within instead of desperately sinking every part of your identity into loving this person. Honestly I have depression along with other fun things. When shit starts to go down I can and will shut down. And unfortunately if someone doesn't contact me I don't usually contact them. I feel like myself and my emotions/problems are burden to them. The longer it goes the worse I feel. If I were you I'd reach out. Let him know you were thinking of him and his dog. Tell him he doesn't have to reply but knowing he's alive would be nice. Then tell him you love him.
