Grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, other errands. He found a way to help that worked for both of us. He also did rub my feet almost every night when pregnant which meant a lot.

She is not behaving like a friend, but like a jealous bitch. There are laws in which even employers and medical professionals are not allowed to disclose your medical information without permission/consent with severe consequences and penalties. You should cut ties with this person after informing her she is breaking the law by disclosing such personal information to people without your consent, and that if she continues you will take action. You can report her to HR, and I believe you could even take her to court if you wanted to really be petty about it. But I would cut ties after informing her of her negligence in disclosing such information to just anybody.

Get into some therapy, use your words to say “I’m a virgin”, and online your life.
I’ve known grown ass men in their thirties and forties who were virgins, still fucked them and showed them the ropes and had some great experiences.
You need to get out of your own head, deal with your insecurities by acknowledging them and addressing them, and work with a professional to give you some tools and frameworks that can help.
