Normally I would say figure out how to fix the problems you are having with the dog but I think this is one of those times it would be better for the dog to be rehomed to someone who has experience with yorkies. They are NOT easy to potty train. They think they are Rottweilers in a little body. They are not for everyone and definitely not a dog for kids. Don't get me wrong some yorkies don't fit that mold but some do and not everyone is capable to deal with it.
