Regardless of the cheating/not cheating query…I can tell you unequivocally that him having inappropriate contact with the parent of a student likely violates the code of ethics at his school. Why are you even with this guy that willing to blame you for an action he took that could get him fired? Just throw the whole man out. If he’s already shady at work and blaming you for something he did and trying to convince you he technically wasn’t cheating this soon into the start of the relationship what is he covering up? Why bother. Have more self respect.
That's also the point that she keeps telling me. But I wasn't really believing her because she could've just been talking to the guy as my ex never really discussed to me what's going on with them and always shuts me down when I try to ask her about him.
Sometimes analogies can help people put things they just don't get into a familiar frame of reference.
I'd try being like: if you dislike a food, is it physically impossible to eat it? Does it mean you actually like it if you manage to eat it for nutritional reasons anyways?
Or does it just mean everyone technically has the ability to physically put the food into their mouths, chew, and swallow?
You're still able to eat the food for money. Or to make someone else happy.
Yet that doesn't mean you'd ever want to do it just for personal enjoyment.
If he willfully doesn't want to understand, it won't matter if you make him a power point presentation supplemented with crayon drawings that a toddler could understand.
Can't force someone to not be deliberately obtuse.
But if he's just regular obtuse…that's how I'd try to put sexually-active asexuality into perspective.

Or you could do the planned method and schedule sex like an adult and start taking pills 2-3 days before D day and then come off the pill.
