He has told you they will regularly be staying with him for a few months at a time and he has shown you that he will not stand up to them in any way. I mean good grief he is willing to sleep on the couch for months! Unfortunately you can't change someone who doesn't want to change.
That should have given you a hint that he didn't plan to share his life with you. Please block him on everything and move on – he wasn't the right one for you, and his relationship with his family and his reticence to include you in anything is really weird and looks like he just isn't emotionally available to anyone outside of his family.
Seriously, don't let him string you along any longer – just block and move on – this will never lead to anything.

I was one of those posters on the other question you mentioned. I am glad either my history, or others like me, gave you some perspective to help solve his issue.
It is still very unsettling. I don't know if he feels relief or dread, or if he flips flops between, but I would be absolutely terrified to inform someone IRL. Your boyfriend is very brave.
To be fair, in the comment's OP mentions it is his friend's sister, who has been around at least that amount of time.
And mentions it isn't exactly an 'office' type relationship, but that she does errands for them. Which doesn't really scream full-time, W2, to me.
Also she metions in a comment the 'jump hugging' him was one time when they hadn't seen each other in a while when he was going over for a work thing (and he shut it down).
Overall seems like a lot of missing details. Could be something as simple as her getting excited to seem him after a vacation when he arrive at a happy hour her and her brother were hosting.
Does she….even have a child to name? If not, then she’s a really crappy friend for throwing all this away over a hypothetical baby name. Just stop reaching out to her. If she cares enough to question it, explain in full.
