I think the way he immediately dismisses your opinion & thinks he is always right is a WAY bigger red flag than his politics (which are pretty darn offensive, too).
I married someone who is dismissive & always has to be right and let me tell you, it beats you down. You feel unheard, unsupported & un-important. Do you want to spend years feeling like that?? Find someone who will at least discuss different points of view with you. Who will listen to your thoughts & ideas even if they don't agree.

Until my partner and I moved in together after 4 years, he maybe stayed at my place a handful of times. He prefers his bed, his space, his routine, etc. during that time, I’d go to his 2 nights a week but I too liked my own home and had shit to do.
If I were gone for 5 days, I’d like to get home, do my laundry, clean, sleep in my own bed, have a evening alone.
You two spend a LOT of time together. I would find it really overwhelming. But I need alone time and have other hobbies, interests, and friends outside of my romantic relationship.
I think if you keep up this pace, you’re going to burn him out. Especially if you have a problem when he takes one day alone in months.
