   The definition of gaslighting is to manipulate someone into questioning their own sanity or reasoning. OP's girlfriend is telling him he's just high when he asks her questions instead of answering. She's telling him he's too high to comprehend what he's saying, even though he was cognizant enough to ask it in the first place. What would you call that if not gaslighting?
