Regardless of what's going on, he's insulting your character; despite you not giving him a reason , he is slandering your integrity. If you have no trust, you have no relationship. You'll just have a life with a man who will always demean you and insult you without cause other than to satisfy his ego. Either seek professional help for your relationship or move on.
Don't stay with a partner who consistently tells you things that make you feel bad about yourself. He's insecure and only wants to knock you down enough to lower your self esteem so you won't leave him. I stayed with a narcissistic POS that always knocked me down.. (verbally & emotionally. Not physically) Once we separated, my new, better life started. I'm much happier these days
I see 2 real possibilities here:
1) your bf’s family is disrespecting you and your relationship. He’s unwilling to defend you, and wants you to not defend yourself either. A miserable situation which I’d walk away from.
Or
2) your bf is making things up for who knows what reason. To make you feel insecure? To cause drama between you and his family? To set it up so they dislike you for “standoffish” behaviour? Whatever it is, is it’s this option then you’ve got a bf who’s being pointlessly manipulative. A miserable situation which I’d walk away from.
