At the end of the day, a 25-yo was mad that her dad didn't cancel a trip because she wanted money from him, and lost her job because she refused to use a bus (or have a friend drive her, or take an Uber, etc) to spite OP and say he was a bad father.

   He can try and get her to talk, but his daughter needs to work out her resentment- it sounds much more that she's entitled, than that OP isn't “prioritizing” her enough. OP sees his daughter routinely, she refuses to go over to his house with two small children in it- as an adult, she has to put effort into the relationship and not insist that her father warp his life for one of his children in particular.
