I think you should ask her what her goals are, and what she wants from your intimate relationship? Does she want to have one?
Is there a reason she's uncomfortable? Trauma? Religious upbringing? There are a lot of resources on-line. You could try watching some non weird porn together?
I think it's just really a conversation you need to have (and not like, when you're in the bedroom making out, but after a nice dinner and before the making out starts). What does she want from you intimacy wise, both near and long term? What steps is she willing to take in the near term to try to get comfortable?
The answer in the moment may be i don't know, then she can take some time and you can revisit in a week or something. Also, if she's more comfortable communicating about this via text, that can be really helpful.
I think the important thing is, it's not that you want her to have sex or be sexual right this second – you just need to understand what her goals and wants are for your intimate relationship, and where the two of you can start on that journey together.
(It may also help to take some things off the table entirely – like you're not going to have penetrative sex until next year at the earliest or something, so she doesn't feel like things are going to escalate quickly. But again, this is a thing to talk to her about.)

I suggest you take a step back from relationships in general to spend some time with yourself and work on that anxiety. Perhaps like many said, find a therapist, get counseling as to stop this way of thinking cause it's only going to hurt you and other people around you.
