Breathe. Don’t get too far ahead of yourself. Two months is very early. She could change her mind or miscarry. Miscarriages happen a lot more often than people think. i agree with what youre saying but surprisingly our conversations dont follow what you said. While i tend to reach out, its often that we have conversations that are pretty even when it comes to who the discussion is based around, and we have a shared love of music and the stuff behind it that allows conversations. She listened to my original music and reiterates all the time that she loves my voice and things like that, and i always reciprocate and she often matches my energy (i was upset about something one time and she was upset with me!) so thats why i feel like this is such a mixed signal. i dont wanna be a plan b like you said and im worried

So I'm not a lawyer and I'm out of my depth but they are not yet married. In most places a debt accumulated prior to marriage isn't a marital debt and shared ownership outside of marriage is typically adjusted based on who has paid more. Though the laws around that could vary quite a bit.
So I agree with your point about a prenup because if the debt and the home became marital property then it would all be divided equally.
