Of course you're right that it's unfair to burden him with your anxiety. But even thought this is an “internal struggle”, it can't be fun having these daily thoughts or fears.
So I changed my mind lol. You say therapy is tough where you live, but I do think you'd benefit from finding the right one. There's something else going on in your subconscious that you can't even guess at, because this is just too extreme and debilitating. It has nothing to do with him, but it's something trapped in your brain.
Anyway, if they're very hot to find, could you research live! ones? I just think you'll be a lot happier if this can be pinpointed. You'll be less anxious because you will have worked through whatever is causing this.
