I think you did the right thing. In my experience, most people who do multiple cosmetic surgeries are never satisfied and always find something new about their bodies that bothers them. The issue isn't the body, it's the mind. They mostly have self esteem issues and fail to see that changing their appearance won't ever change that emptiness inside. Therapy is a good idea and your boyfriend is a keeper.
