My husband is involved with a lot of music festivals, is extremely charismatic and outgoing, and everyone knows him. I've been to festivals with him and have seen how women throw themselves at him, and since getting married and wearing a ring he gets it even more. It never bothers me though because I trust him completely. If anything, I like seeing him get that ego boost since it's good for his confidence. If you have no reason to distrust your partner, you shouldn't let it bother you. Most people are surprised that I'm okay with my husband going away for a weekend to work a festival surrounded by beautiful women in festival attire (which is usually just lingerie, essentially) but I'm just not a jealous person and my husband has never given me a reason to worry. Sometimes his friends will report back to me after the weekend saying “he missed you so much, he didn't fuck around with any other women” like it's something I actually worry about. If you don't trust your partner then you need to communicate with him, and if you still don't trust him after communicating, then it's probably time to end the relationship.
cheating is one thing, you could maybe work it out, but then (possibly) having a child by who you cheated with is another, and usually a definite call for a break up. i say leave; it might be naked and crush you got a bit, but it’s better than staying. choose peace. you could always still be involved in the kid’s life if you choose!

It sounds like you're fantasizing about your ex, and making yourself think it was better than it was bc you're frustrated and unhappy with your current BF.
Do not get married, do NOT get pregnant, whatever you do. Get out of this relationship. Get into therapy, and spend one year just working on yourself, figure out what you want and need from a partner and how to assert your boundaries, needs, and desires and communicate assertively.
I guarantee you if you do that you will be in a much better place at the time you enter your next relationship. Do that work now and spare yourself the divorce that will come eventually if you stay w this guy.
