To my knowledge she has not gone to my home when I am not there. Then again, there is no way to prove she hasn't, either. My stepfather works from home so most of the time when I am in class, he is at home. I guess I could try stopping home before or after class on a few random days.

I'm quite open-minded when it comes to sex, but still monogamous. I have always been clear about that and have strong principles on the subject of cheating. That shouldn't be anything new to my partner. At the same time, he is also a bit (and sometimes very much) naive and I believe him when he says that at the time he didn't realize that I would find it as upsetting as I do. I also believe him when he says that he'll respect my boundaries in the future now they are clear.
I guess the biggest sore point right now is that I expected a little more understanding, respect and a sense of responsibility from him afterwards. He doesn't have to grovel in apology for me, but what he did during the conversations was the exact opposite.
He could have just said: “I didn't expect that you would consider it a form of cheating. Of course I knew you wouldn't necessarily be very happy about it, but I did it anyway. That's stupid of me and I'm sorry I hurt you with this. Now that I understand how you feel about this, it obviously won't happen again.” If he said something along those lines, there really wouldn't have been a problem.
