I cook three meals a day which is typical Indian cooking. Yes kid is in school but I have a lot of kid related stress to deal with. Then I also drive around for all the after school classes. It's not possible to switch to sleep for a specific time. I'm not a robot. I'm a person working like a maid who can't even earn in a foreign country. I'm 42, I stopped working out . I can't go on with life in a sleep deprived state. I don't have any energy left. Sorry for venting
