I wish this were true but I don’t think it is. Her sister has a green card through her marriage to an American, but my GF told me she’s not set to become an American citizen herself for like 5 years. I think my GFs sister would need to have american citizenship in order to get her a green card
You came here for advice and I gave it. I said that she was a problem. Instead, you took it as that I'm wrong about it and then went on about love. If you're here for advice, then acknowledge that maybe I'm building up to an important piece of advice. And here it is:
You don't know what you're doing. You said it yourself, “i honestly can't tell you that i can” regarding telling the difference between love and passion. You don't understand love to its proper except. You have no valid reason to know the difference between passion and love.
And all I see between you two is passion. Not love. It's easy to mix it up.
And yes, I loved someone when I was younger. I felt the very things you felt. And that's why I'm trying to warn you that maybe it's not love. Because it wasn't for me. It was passion. It was that good feeling and the passion of love that guided that relationship, and it was a dumpster fire in the end because I was “blinded by love” just like you.
Not being ridiculous at all, like you said if the shoe was on the other foot, he’d be pissed. He needs to send her a text in front of you saying that on reflection it was inappropriate of him to exchange numbers and that he’d be deleting her number from now on, then he should block her.
It probably wasn’t anything malicious or had any intent on his part, but an attractive woman paying him attention would have been such an ego boost to him.
You can call and check with her lawyer. You could also have somebody take care of the trips and go with her. The flight will not be cheap, but maybe you can work it out.

I missed the part where the second son screwed up so you don't like him, Op.
What, exactly, did the second son do to make you feel so negatively against him?
Sorry, didn't mean that to come off as crude. I just wanted to give context.
Please update us.on Boxing day!

So there you go, that's my advice.
