I have no idea what “all of this” means. If you have a lot of debt, and you move overseas, there's nothing that can be done. Not paying your bills is not a felony, only America uses the credit reporting system, and you'll be safer. If it's federal student loans, you won't have to pay it back when you're overseas. You can go on an income based repayment, take the Foreign Income Tax Exclusion of $100,000, and not pay anything on it.

You don’t really have good examples of her having a lack of motivation, like I said she’s in school and working part time, wtf else is she supposed to do? Manual labor is not the only kind of work, and certainly is not all you need to raise a family.
