Couples counseling doesn’t always save the relationship. My partner and I went to couples counseling when our daughter was 3. I didn’t want to break up because I wanted my daughter to have a father since I didn’t have one growing up, but during a solo session, the counselor said no father was better than a bad father. You don’t say what he’s like as a dad, but a bad husband usually means they are also a bad parent. A child knows when their parents don’t get along and the child suffers. So think of your child’s quality of life and put him first.

However, I agree 100%. He infected you. If he didn't know then that's something that happens. You take steps so you're both clear of parasites. You don't throw a hissy fit about your ass worms infecting your partner and her not wanting to have sex. If you infected someone with something then that's gonna affect sex for AWHILE at LEAST.

Hard truth: None of this is your fault, NOR is any of it your responsibility. You need to distance yourself from him as much as possible. Cut off all contact. ALL of it.
Do not give him false hope. Do not text him. Do not talk to his family. The only way things get better for you is if you cut him out. You don't have to be mean about it. But you have to be firm.
A family member of mine went through something similar. An ex hurt themselves while they were dating because my relative threatened to leave. After the ex ended up in the hospital, my relative felt responsible. The relative stood their ground that they should be broken up, but they kept a line of communication open because they felt responsible for what the ex did after that. The ex dragged my relative through hell for MONTHS. Slandered their name. Got them fired from their job. Constantly tried to gaslight and manipulate them. It was awful. It only finally started to stop when 100% of the communication was cut.

Your gf has an eating disorder and she needs to see a doctor and at that weight my cousins who had anorexia was admitted to a hospital for several months. Her “picky eating” could be a way to hide her eating disorder, most people don't simply refuse to eat but start methods to hide it, my cousin would start with making her food super spicy which can repress the feeing of hunger an make you stop eating sooner, at some point she became an extremely restrictive vegan, which gave her the option to refuse food in almost any setting because no one could follow her restrictions especially not restaurants.
