I get the vibe that the separation is more that he thought he could eventually bully her into having more kids & she’s refusing & the fight has spiraled out really far. That could be why she’s putting her foot down hard. They might be in a state where she’s not even able to easily get her tubes removed. She might have been of the opinion they were on the same page about kids & he pulled the rug out from her. IMO if you’re married & stuff, the guy should do the more easy to access & safer procedure rather than force their wife to have surgery. I just had my tubes removed. It’s not a walk in the park.
