When I stayed home (and my husband was also on leave) with a baby, we were both exhausted and no one had time or energy to clean or cook. There was a lot of take out still and crockpot dinners.
Ask him to explain how his trips without you are okay, but yours would be “sneaky.”
And then give him two options- either you both take trips on your own, or neither of you do.
And then, go on your trips and just start saying no to him.

Find someone with the same values as yourself. It seems like you both have very different ideas of what loyalty looks like. Maybe ask yourself what has he done to prove his “chastity”? Also be careful, sometimes, most of the time, when your partner imposes anything on you it might mean something fishy is going on with them. Some of the requests are pretty understandable. But maybe it might not match your values. Also do deep dive into the situation for once, if you had a man who was like you, would you set these boundaries for him?
