You need to talk but her actions kinda talk that she is moving on. But it's been 8 years and shared life and words need to be said.
Also if it's her house you technically don't need to repair anything, and to be fair your 50% of pay and her 50% of her pay should go towards bills groceries going out etc. If you open a separate shared account ofor stuff that will only go to that might fix things. All fashioned therapy also might help. But you need to talk to her right away. Either you have a future or you break of completely. It needs to be said.
I am so, so sorry for all that you have been through. I think it’s important that you tell Ben soon, especially as you have made a life commitment to him. I’m sure that, if you explain things like you have here, he will understand why it took some time for you to open up about it. We've talked it to death. She's very happy up here and doesn't want to move. My issue is whether or not I want to stay and be miserable or move and potentially lose what is a great relationship.

Not to shame, but I personally find puffer jackets to be extremely ugly. I hate how they look lol. Just find the difference in perception funny.
