To follow up, she literally just texted me “I hope I die on this drive.” Which means 2 things. (1) she's not going to her friends like I assumed, she's driving up to her parents (empty) place about an hour 20 away. (2) I feel way more concerned now. I tried to call her and once again she doesn't answer.

If you go the trip is about the wedding, not dragging him off to your family. If its in another state, the travel there and back and the wedding will take the weekend up.
He asked you, and you said yes, you are going. Why does it need to be unusually enthusiastic. When you bring it up are you cramming other things in that suggest you should just travel to see your family while he attends the wedding., you'll ruin the weekend cramming in both, with the travel on top
He likes making you feel insecure. He likes feeling like he has power over you. He doesn’t respect you.

At three months, things should be awesome. This is him at his very best behaviour. You can do so much better than this. Find yourself someone who, at three months, is super excited to spend time with you.
He needs a therapist that is trained in trauma and addiction. That is usually vastly different from the run of the mill therapy. Treatment will in this case most likely be CBT and PDT.
