All I got for you is you can’t force someone to show up for you and be emotionally available. They either want to be that for you or they don’t.

Does your GF defend you when her friend says stuff to you or calls you names? If not, then IMO NOTHING will change when you get married or have kids, as a matter of fact her friend will probably get worse if your Gf gets pregnant. I would seriously think nude about this relationship, especially if your GF does not defend you and tells her friend to stop.

You really need to be talking to her about these issues instead of random strangers. A lot of times one person is just thick headed in a relationship and you have to come close to shaking their shoulders to get them to notice.
It's not always because they don't care. They aren't a mind reader…..so don't give them the consequences of not being a mind reader.
