I don't want to know the titles. I don't need details from him. I just don't need him actively hide the fact from me. I need him engaged and helping to raise our children. If he needs to decompress, whatever..do his thing. I just don't want him to lie about it. That's all and that's not too much to ask.

Abuse is abuse, it looks like you both need some therapy for different reasons, her to deal with her anger, and you to deal with your codependency.
