OP, I think over time here she has been frustrated with life there, which is valid, but I feel she is being very unrealistic.
You have a good life there in Switzerland and there are things going on in China that must be considered. The way the Chinese people are being treated is pretty awful, during lockdown they totally, fully trapped everyone in their homes to the point people died from not being able to get supplies or from being beaten for trying to leave by security services.
Then recently China opened up again and there have been a spate of celebrity deaths, the Chinese governments actions have directly led to this now massive outbreak of covid in China and people are dying. And then, when other nations in the world said they were instituting testing rules/health protocol for the entry of Chinese nationals, China acted outraged and demanded other nations just let Chinese nationals in.
In Switzerland in comparison, you can actually talk with authorities and protest. Your human rights are law in Switzerland.

On paper yes, but in practice and with a well paid attorney he might be able to claim that he should have to share a house he has paid for. And it seems like he has the money for such an attorney, whereas you spend yours on the daily expenses and tuitions for his children.
